I am currently working with Global business based in Uk , looking for Finance Administrator, starting w/c 25th of October. This is fully remote role for 4 months - potential extension.
You will provide financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business and help to manage the finance of the organisation you will monitor income and spending for a specific contract.
Overseeing accounting and processing tasks as well as maintaining financial records and ensuring the accuracy of data recording all transactions through their finance system.
- Accurately record all financial transactions for the business area.
- Ensure daily, weekly & monthly financial information is completed effectively.
- Prepare accounts for payments received and purchases made for assigned contract.
- Prepare billing, review supplier invoices and prepare recharge journals.
- Assist Finance Business Partner with reconciliations and journals.
- Raising and managing purchase orders.
- Running reports from the purchase order system
- Work closely with payroll, expenses and procurement
- Assist with the implementation of financial policies, ensuring compliance with financial, statutory and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Strong financial understanding - good analytical and reporting skills.
- Very well organised & performs well under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, build and maintain strong relationships
- Good excel knowledge
