We are looking for an experienced qualified Finance Manager to join our Surrey based hi-tech client to work closely with the CEO in running finance operations and business strategy in a transition period during a recruitment process.
The role has 4 reports. Key responsibilities include:
- Weekly Board reporting
- Month end reporting
- Customer billing tracking and reporting
- Overseeing accounts and credit control
- Cashflow forecasting
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Accrued income management
In addition to managing finance, the remit of HR and Operations also falls within the FM and so further responsibilities include overseeing onboarding of new employees, payroll management, HR overview and management of all PMO activities.
Candidates must be qualified with at least 3 years PQE. Experience of time billing systems and processes is highly advantageous and a background in some form of Private Equity environment is desirable.
