We are looking for a Market & Customer Insights Analyst to join our well-established client based in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

About the role:

As the Market & Customer Insights Analyst, you will champion the voice of the customer and marketplace, producing robust analytical solutions enabling/supporting objective decision making.

You will be identifying & evaluating customer and market Insight, providing recommendations to impact growth through market expansion, customer acquisition, and competitor displacement. Skilled at generating meaningful data visualisations to help stakeholders identify and harness business opportunities across customer segments by acting as an objective forum, with a structured approach to proactively feed key trends back into the business and identify new segments

About You:

With an ability to identify, collate and analyse complex data sets and present information in a clear and understandable format with strong business acumen and strategic thinking

You will have proficient IT skills with MS Excel, Powe BI and SQL. Ideally knowledge of using open-source platforms and languages for advanced analytics (e.g., Python, R, Sparks, Pandas)

Competent in data mining, insight generation and statistics

Here you will develop a customer and market insights program that delivers the right level and type of insights that will enable business growth. Collaborating with Sourcing, Sales and Marketing leaders to provide insights.

Analysing market dynamics; defining and sizing markets; developing meaningful target segmentations; evaluating competitor strategies and understanding the market and revenue opportunities.

The details:

You will be looking for a full-time role 37.5 hours a week, with an employer who values employees work-life balance and offers flexible hybrid working hours. Allowing you to pick what days you want to spend in the office and what days you would prefer to work remotely.

A competitive salary will range between £35,000 to £38,000pa depending on experience
