Talent Locker are a specialist recruitment agency based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. Having traded successfully for 5 years, we are now planning our future growth strategy and how we can further establish ourselves as a premium, trusted brand within several key target markets.

Consequently, we are seeking an energetic "hands-on" Marketing Executive to join our established team and support us in achieving our future growth goals.

This is a brand-new and independent marketing role within the business, which will be incredibly interesting and varied and requires an all-round marketing professional who is passionate, resourceful, and willing to learn.

The successful candidate will have a moderate level of practical marketing experience, covering the fundamental aspects of traditional and digital marketing and be willing to develop their skills further, which we are committed to supporting.

This is very much a role where team fit is extremely important and therefore attitude and work ethic will be key considerations of the recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities

Content creation and development of the company's marketing messages and brand story.
Development and execution of the company's email marketing strategy.
Management of the company's social media, ensuring great content and maximising engagement opportunities.
Full marketing administration support; including communications with prospects, clients, and external parties.
Supporting the team with the management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Production of Marketing materials, including print material and other digital marketing collateral.
Plan and support business events where relevant,
Market research and planning
Other Administration and Marketing duties that are required to help achieve the business's growth objectives.It is fully expected that over time this role will incorporate more strategic elements of marketing and advanced digital marketing responsibilities (including PR, SEO, PPC - experience in these areas is desirable by not essential)

Person Specification

A good understanding of the fundamental principles of marketing with previous "hands on" experience in a marketing role
Confident communication skills (written and verbal) with strong grammar and story-telling ability
Highly organised and methodical with a strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Fully computer literate with an enthusiasm for social media
Experience of using marketing tools such as Canva, social media scheduling platforms, email marketing systems is desirable eg Hubspot
Creative by nature with a passion for Marketing
A fast learner with a desire and willingness to learn
Attention to detail to ensure high accuracy of communications
Driven, intuitive and results driven
Team player who is adaptable and supportiveAbove all else, we want this person to think on their feet, be proactive, take control of their own skills development and be able to manage their time and activity extremely well.

Qualifications & Training

Marketing Qualifications preferred, but not essential.
Previous hands on experience in Marketing, including social media.The right person will be given access to a fantastic training and coaching programme, allowing them to learn cutting edge marketing techniques with our Marketing Coaching partner
