I am currently recruiting for an Finance Administrator to join an established, successful business in Ellesmere Port. The business is going through an exciting period in their history and you will be joining on the verge of incredible growth with some exciting projects planned.
Responsibilities and duties:
* Inputting of Purchase Invoices and statement reconciliation * Weekly credit card posting * Bank Reconciliations * Generating supplier payments runs for authorisation * Journal Entries * Credit Control - ensuring credit terms are adhered to and chasing overdue invoices to meet KPI target * Uploading of sales invoices to various client platforms * Posting of weekly expense sheets and generating payments * Checking and inputting of weekly time sheets ready for monthly payroll * General ad hoc administrative duties
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least three years' experience of working in a similar role in a * busy accounts office is essential * AAT Level 4 qualified or qualified by experience * Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations * Able to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines * Comprehensive knowledge and experience of using Sage Line 50 * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Word and Excel and the ability to pick up new systems. * Strong Communicator with attention to detail * Good team member with a flexible approach to work
