Accounts and Finance Manager - 30 hours per week flexibleWe are recruiting for an Innovative Insurance Management company based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. They are looking for a "hands-on" Accounts and Finance Manager to help coordinate the smooth running of the accounts for the business.
Accounts Assistant Main Duties:

To cover a wide range of accounts functions including but not limited to:

Accounts preparation to partner review.

Banking - bank reconciliations. VAT preparation and submission using Xero.

Client liaison - The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients over the phone and via email.

Client bookkeeping and reporting.

Month-end procedures.

Any other accounts/admin duties as required.

Experience - Account Assistant:

Good working knowledge of accounts software and Microsoft Office software - particularly excel and word.

Ability to work on own initiative but also to contribute to teamwork/goals.

Experience in a similar role.

Level 3 AAT qualified or equivalent.

Personal Attributes - Accounts Assistant:

Ability to work to deadlines - developing systems and working in a constantly improving environment.

Self-starter who enjoys a challenge.

Other Information:

In return, our client will offer a salary between £25,000 - £35,000 pro rata (30 hours per week flexible)

Job Types: Permanent.

Salary: Between £25,000 - £35,000 pro rata dependant on experience.
