Facilities Manager - Media City - £30,000 - £40,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of our central Hub for our tenants, partners and visitors.

Day to day your key responsibilities will be:

Overseeing the day-to-day management of all hub facilities and related activities across HOST Hubs.
Building excellent relationships with our landlord, service providers, & contractors.
Managing the Innovation Hub Co-ordinator and ensuring all building and facilities related issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
Working with our Sales Manager - HOST to on-board new tenants and members to the hub.
Manage any facilities related projects and liaising with relevant individuals to ensure all requirements are understood and completed on time.
Maintaining & replenishing office supplies across the building.
Regularly reviewing and updating the hub's policies, including Health and Safety and Fire Risk Assessments, and ensure they are adhered to
Skills/Experience Required:

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar facilities role
Previous experience of working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
A demonstrable 'customer-centric' approach to work and problem solving.
Strong ability to build relationships and demonstrate confident interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels.
Salary is £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + a great benefits package. Please send your CV ASAP to discuss further
