2nd Line IT Support Analyst (SC Cleared)

My client, an independent public body based in Central Birmingham are looking for a driven and experienced 2nd Line IT Support Analyst join their growing IT team.

The successful candidate will provide 2nd Line IT support to staff on all applications utilised by the business. You will investigate, evaluate and, where appropriate, implement new technological solutions to improve productivity and / or security.

Skills and Experience required:

Previous experience in a similar IT Support role preferably at 2nd or 3rd Line level
Ideally you will have experience of administering: MS Windows 10, Azure Active Directory, MS Admin Centres, Intune MS Teams, O365 suite and MS Server 2008/16/19
Must have SC clearance

This role will be on a fixed term contract basis initially for 9 months and is paying a salary in region of £40,000 (pro rata) for the right person.

The role can be fully remote with my client's head office being based in Birmingham City Centre
