Nursing Home Manager

Award winning home

ALL GOOD ON CQC

Well Staffed

Recruitment Panda are excited to working on this exclusive Nursing Home Management role.

This is a large home, not one of the big corporates, with a large well oiled staff of around 80 personnel. The anciliary staff have been there for years supporting the manager. Recruitment, training and career development are a doodle with a superb back and head office support function.

Empty beds are a rarity in this home. The care provided to the client, is comphrensive, residential care where ratios are 1:4/5, huge numbers of happy carers and volunteers within the home.

The dementia care is award winning, as is the pallative and end of life care, always 2 registered nurses on duty, with highly developed NVQ Level 3 and Care Practitioners supporting the nurses and they are meds trained.

I am looking for an experienced manager who has a gentle kind approach to management, and a genuine passion for providing the best care possible.

It is an easy recruitment process, chat with me, convince me you are the right person for the role, and we can take if from there. All interviews will be held at the home or at the local head office, the outgoing manager is staying to work her 3 months notice which complete mid April ensuring that a robust handover can be expected, along with thorough induction and training on processes.
