Learning and Development Manager - 12 month FTC - Edinburgh
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join a small, specialised team of a large third sector organisation in Edinburgh. You will play a key role in ensuring the health of our learning management system staff learning by shaping the processes and tools for their organisation, maintenance and management. Your skills and attributes for success:
- Evidence of successfully implementing changes to staff learning management systems across a multisite or complex organisation.
- Experience of managing a range of stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to identify and deliver business-oriented solutions with a customer-driven, pragmatic, style
- In-depth knowledge and substantial experience of learning management systems with specific strengths in learning content catalogue management.
