ERP Project Manager - Finance - ERP - Background




ERP Project Manager URGENTLY required for a large migration strategic program. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible to ensure a high-quality and robust system solution.

The ERP Project Manager will need to be competent with Change Management, Managing Global Stakeholders and ideally possess a background in Finance, Governance, ERP, and Data Migration.




THE ROLE



  • THE ERP Project Manager will be providing meaningful and value and financial insight into performance and providing high-quality commercial analysis and driving partner acceleration.
  • The role has extensive senior stakeholders with regular interaction with the Business Director, Head of Partners & Alliances Segment, Head of Commercial, Strategic Partners, Sales Managers & the Finance Management Team.
  • Risks and issues co-ordination/actions tracking to assure changes and unforeseen constraints are properly captured and estimated across the organization (vendor contribution, infrastructure, integration, operation)
  • As the ERP Project Manager you will manage both Functional and Technical enablement
  • Weekly status report for IT delivery and Programme Management
  • Support: Provide Expertise and Issue management when addressing defects from testing phases or incidents raised during Hyper care.
  • Solution inspection checks test scope and definition - Define test scope and detail critical test scenarios to be executed on top of PTC and UAT for quality assurance purposes.
  • Migration issues business impact assessment and engagement with key stakeholders
  • It is critical the Project Manager can display strong analytical and presentational skills and be able to communicate confidently to senior management.
  • Managing RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and receipting adherence in line with your project plan.
  • Embedding lean governance operating models, valuing ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparent delivery over pre-prepared project reporting.
  • Managing the project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex.
  • Business Collaboration: The success of this role is dependent on strong collaboration across multiple teams. A strong individual will ensure the multiple functions are aligned on their objectives and ensure they are all working as one team.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • The successful ERP Project Manager will have strong Project Management experience on large complex, global telecommunication projects
  • Prince 2 qualified and ideally you would have ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA or with a depth of experience in Finance/Commercial analysis.
  • Strong ERP - SAP Experience
  • Data Migration experience e.g. ETL, cutover, etc.
  • Knowledge of telecoms billing and related systems i.e. Amdocs, Comverse, Kenan, OSS, BSS
  • Excellent Change & Transformation Management experience
  • Ability to work across functional boundaries, with exceptional communication skills to influence and challenge.
  • Evidence of driving strong commercial performance in challenging markets.
  • A proven track record leading technical delivery teams with an in-depth understanding of the technologies, processes, and techniques required for delivering high-quality solutions within a fast-moving organization.
  • Extensive experience in liaising with senior stakeholders and delivering successful change initiatives. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
