** Programme Manager - IT, Banking, Cloud Migration - Remote **
A new Programme Manager contract role has just arisen within our Edinburgh based Financial Services client. The successful candidate will be joining a highly visible Cloud migration programme.
The role can be fully remote, although there may be some requirement to travel to Edinburgh for key meetings etc.
You will be responsible for defining the project's scope and determining the resources, time and financial commitment required to deliver. Our client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge/experience:
*Experience managing project scope, finances and actively managing project RAIDS
*Experience actively managing large scale project plans using Microsoft Project
*Demonstrable experience managing projects under governance and controls
*Great organisation, prioritisation, people and time management skills, whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of output
*Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders, customers, and 3rd parties across the organisation
*Strong written and verbal presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to produce and present high quality presentations to large audiences, including up to C level stakeholders
*Experience using JIRA
Previous experience managing Cloud migration would be highly advantageous, although not a hard requirement for this position.
Initial contract will be for 6 months with the expectation of extension and will be engage via Umbrella company (inside IR35). Day rate up to £700 per day, dependent on experience.
