We are exclusively partnered with a household tech brand, who have an amazing opportunity for a Director of Product to help them improve their digital capabilities, and provide the best technology, service and support to their millions of customers across the UK.The role is key for the success of an ambitious digital transformation, so requires a season Product leader that can lead at team of over 60+ and create a true pure-play style environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, form and lead high performing teams and squads (circa. 60 FTE's)
  • Continuously optimize all journeys to deliver revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Provide necessary thought leadership on keys area (customer problems, automation and capabilities)
  • Focus on extensive conversion and step change improvements
  • Harness the vast data estate which lives in a fully cloud environment
  • Identify and realise all commercial opportunities across all journeys
  • Work closely with the data and analytics teams to identify all opportunities
  • Operate and promote pure-play agile ways of working
  • Instil a pro-active approach within the team to anticipating customers' demands
  • Share Agile best-practice across the business

Salary is between £130,000 - £160,000 + bonus + cash car allowance + benefits. The role will be predominantly working from home (WFH) with occasional monthly meet ups at the London Head Office.
