Branded Content Producer / Project Manager

CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking an experienced Branded Content Producer with extension Video Production and client facing experience, ideally with a Client Services/Solutions background.

The role is working with one of the most well-recognised global media companies, so fantastic experience to be gained in supporting some of the world's biggest brands, producing engaging content that will be viewed by millions.

Role Responsibilities

*You will lead the production of custom content across projects of various scope and scale, across multiple markets.
*Working with the account lead (ad sales), creative director, internal/external production teams, client services team and social teams to deliver the highest professionalism and customer service standards.
*Work with creative teams throughout the content creation process to ensure content goals are met, client expectations managed, and our joint storytelling potential is realised
*Support with Talent management by work with internal teams to source and contract talent from the talent pool, and ensure talent deliverables are clearly defined and in line with project requirements
*Create and manage all production documentation including budgets, status report, timelines, content briefs, publishing schedules
*Ensure all projects are on budget from a production perspective, and provide regular updates to account and senior teams on project costs, flagging any issues
*Ensure all suppliers are contracted correctly and finance processes are fulfilled on time
*Ensuring all content is compliant and editorially aligned from concept to final asset

Required Experience

*Proven experience of production processes across video, digital, social (essential) as well as print and TV (desirable)
*Proven experience of delivering content campaigns from brief to live in a media environment
*Strong understanding of advertising, digital media and the solution response process.
*Excellent relationship building skills internally and externally with clients and media agencies
*Working knowledge of Smartsheets, Jira, Asana or similar project management systems
*Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal): ability to act tactfully and persuasively with a wide range of people at all levels
*Enthusiasm: a positive can-do attitude
*Diligent with an extreme eye for detail, you will be organised, flexible and solutions focussed.
*Keeping the plates spinning on multiple projects at once.
*You will have experience working with clients globally, with an appreciation for different client types and be able to navigate often complex stakeholder frameworks.
*Calm under pressure: able to handle tight production timelines
