Description

Reporting directly to the Finance manager, the successful applicant for a Purchase Ledger Clerk duties play a key role in:
  • Running the accounts payable function
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching and Coding invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • VAT and making payments
  • Monitoring the purchase inbox
  • Petty Cash management
  • Supplier query resolution

Profile

The successful candidate for the Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following attributes:
  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Organised and excellent communication skills
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Work well in a team
