Business Analyst PRODUCT ; Woking Surrey £50k Fund Industry, Finance/Banking

Business Analyst BA with Product experience. Must live near/locally to Woking.

We are looking for degree educated BA's who have Strong Product background/experience.

Key Skills and Experience Required

Fund industry knowledge an advantage

Excellent communication skills through all areas of the role - projects, support and team building

Ability to train/mentor other staff

Experience of working in Scrum/Agile

Excellent organisational skills - capable of managing workload and working on multiple projects concurrently

Ability to influence wider business decisions e.g. using client experience to influence new data requirements and product possibilities

A good understanding of the current technologies and advancements

Remote position to begin with but hopefully more and more office work as/when its safe to do so.

The Business Analyst sits within the Business Analysis team which forms part of the larger Product function. The role will report to the Head of Business Analysis.

Candidates must have transferable skills to work across our full range of products supporting their ongoing development alongside development of new products.

Key Ares of Responsibility

A key member of scrum teams

Running product development from idea through to delivery

Liaising with other product teams

Working closely with Product Managers to understand proposition roadmaps and deliverables

Conceptualise new product ideas, working closely with UX to create prototypes

Capturing requirements and creating user stories

Supporting development and QA teams

Creating acceptance criteria

Reviewing test cases

Stakeholder demos

Progress reporting for Product Managers

Ability to influence product teams and initiate change where required (requirements and internal processes)

Provide backup to support for client issues/escalations.
