The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 21, 2022 and ending June 30, 2022, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business.

A Client Service Account Manager (CSAM) is the 'window' into J.P Morgan Wholesale Payments and is the primary point of contact for our clients. A CSAM strives to achieve 100% client satisfaction by building deep and meaningful relationships with key contacts within a client's organisation. The CSAM is the client's champion and is empowered to identify process improvements, opportunities for growth and has full responsibility for delivering regular "Service Reviews" with clients either in person or remotely. A CSAM must develop an excellent understanding of the client's primary business, the products and services they receive from J.P. Morgan and collaborate with other J.P Morgan key stakeholders to ensure we provide a seamless client experience.. Candidates must be able to demonstrate fluent experience with a 2nd European language


Technical Implementations in EMEA provides regional Sales, Product, Implementation and technical support to EMEA based clients using host to host, API and Open Banking products. As a Technical Implementation Manager you will be responsible for the Project Management and Business Analysis for client Host-to-Host implementations, including PaySource for payment initiation, API and Open Banking implementations, and all forms of file-based information reporting. Host-to-Host involves working with many of the firm's largest and advanced clients on direct treasury interfaces between the two entities and also involves working with a variety of JP Morgan applications such that they all come together as one interface with the client. Technical Implementations are expected to understand the detailed needs of the project or implementation at hand and translate those needs into solutions. In addition you will be expected to compile and maintain documentation on the PaySource payment interfaces, ensuring that the implementation guides support the client on-boarding process.

Responsible for the client implementation of new and incremental business for Treasury Services Corporate and Investment Bank (TS CIB) clients using JPM Host-to-Host (H2H), Global Client Access solutions (PaySource), API & Open banking, including any strategic TS migrations that are being undertaken by the business. The individual will lead the client through the technical project of setting up mixed payables files. This includes providing guidance to clients on product capabilities, gathering and documenting requirements, analysis and expertise with various file formats (GFF, X12, ISO XML), file testing coordination, explanation of test results, production migration, production verification and successful handover to Service/Production Support. Must provide accurate and timely implementation statuses and escalate issues that put the target date at risk. Partners closely with the Implementation Project Manager, Operations, and other internal partners to ensure a successful project delivery and client experience. Manages multiple deals/projects concurrently that may have competing priorities, resources, and timelines. Develops subject matter expertise and leverages gained skills and experience to share with colleagues. Must work independently with minimal supervision, as well as contribute to the larger project deal team.

Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.

The candidates' background and interest will determine where they will be placed within Treasury Services. Individuals with previous experience operating at VP level or higher in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply.
