We are partnering with an independent creative agency based in Norwich. They are looking for a Creative Director to help shape their agency in Norwich.

In the last five years they have built an agency with a diverse range of clients. They work on national campaigns and across varied media channels. They are excited about entering their next phase of growth. They are aiming to establish themselves as the go-to partner for brands seeking insightful creative communications and brand awareness. This is a chance to join their team and write the next chapter of their growing business.

The Role
  • Ultimately, they are looking for a Creative Director that can build, manage and inspire their clients and creative team.
  • As a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for raising their creative profile. Their goal is to be an award-winning agency. You will strengthen and develop the quality and reputation of their creative work.
  • The immediate requirement is to help build their creative team. They already have some talented designers, art directors and digital individuals. With your help they'd like to see the team grow. While building your team you will be setting expectations for the work their existing team delivers.
  • You will collaborate with their strategy, new business and client services team to develop ideas and report directly to the founder. You will inspire our clients and set them new, bigger and better creative challenges.
  • They see a Creative Director as an internal force and an external ambassador who injects fun, energy and passion into their everyday.

  • 8 years+ Creative experience
  • Dynamic leadership qualities
  • A passion for creativity and relentless drive to provide 'best in class'
  • An empathic approach to listen, inspire and influence
  • In-depth knowledge of producing successful campaigns and brand awareness
  • The ability to put the agency on the map creatively
