Salary: £31,484 - £37,589
Hours: 36 per week

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Team Leader Post within Housing Property.

We are looking for someone who understands the power of good housing and can make a significant contribution to shaping the future of our housing portfolio.

The purpose of the job:
• Delivering a high quality operational service including performance and contract management, monitoring performance and proposing and implementing appropriate actions with both internal and external resources.
• Managing and motivate both external Framework contractors and an internal operational section of the division, including financial and physical resources, to ensure that performance targets are achieved and an effective and efficient service is delivered to meet the objectives of the division.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures comply with all relevant legislation and regulation and ensure that services support the delivery of the Council's city housing strategy.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
