Hays are recruiting for a Cash Management or Treasury SME to join a leading Bank in London for a 6 month contract. The role sits within a Sales team where you will act as an Account Manager for a specialist client portfolio to expand on revenue through cross selling opportunities.
The following duties will form part of the day to day operations;
Work in partnership with the Global Account Manager to ensure understanding of key Sales activities for portfolio and provide relevant support and drive completion of projects. Co-ordinate and support the Account Opening process globally for a defined portfolio of clients. Support KYC/AML requirements for new business opportunities for a defined portfolio of clients. Assist with client communication of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates for portfolio. Liaise with Account Services Unit teams to ensure Clients Account Maintenance requests such as Account closures/documentation updates are diligently completed. Take ownership, lead and track specific customer issues/problems including pricing and billing issues and work with the customer and internal departments until issues are resolved. Support the Global Account Manager in the monthly revenue analysis by preparing summaries/ forecasts and communicating findings to senior stakeholders Support the Sales Account Manager in liaising with Credit/Risk areas Manage documentation deficiency and deferral process for assigned portfolio working with Risk and Compliance. Work in partnership with Operations and Legal partners for client Novations. Work with Global Banking partners to ensure references are provided (e.g. credit references).
To be successful in the application for this role you will need to have a very strong cash management or Treasury background and be confident working with internal and external clients. Any experience of the onboarding process would be beneficial.
