Purpose of Role



This role supports the senior marketing manager to execute a market leading, fully integrated new brand launch with specific focus on client and colleague engagement.



Reports to - Senior Marketing Manager



Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement
    • Develop the communications strategy to generate brand excitement across a diverse client base
    • Responsible for the design, execution and delivery of the client engagement programme across on and offline channels
    • Develop a suite of innovative merchandising to bring the brand to life


  • Colleague Engagement
    • Support the head of brand reputation in the development and execution of a colleague engagement plan
    • Development of the campaign theme, creative and launch plan - to create excitement around the new brand


  • Programme Delivery Support
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand launch is delivered on time and within budget
    • Review and manage the approval process of assets
    • Work closely with the wider project team, Project Manager and other stakeholders
    • Campaign reporting and analysis


Candidate Profile



Key Experience:
  • Integrated campaign management experience - 2-5 years
  • Proven experience of multi matrix marketing planning and/or campaign management with a strong understanding of campaign integration and effectiveness
  • Management of third parties (agencies and internal), from briefing to implementation
  • Regulated industry experience

Key Competencies:
  • Organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Project management skills - to include budget control and reporting and analysis
  • Relationship-building skills - collaboration with the project team
  • Results orientation - delivering to deadlines and targets

Education and Qualifications:
  • Relevant marketing or industry professional qualifications desirable although not essential
  • University qualification desirable
