Temporary Sales Coordinator

Do you have experience of working in a sales environment as an administrator ?

Would you like to work for a well known and respected brand based in Milton Keynes?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is available immediately.

The role:
  • Inputting of data received from customers portals/emails into relevant trackers.
  • Work closely with Account Managers
  • Deal with admin queries, business reviews, sales queries/requests, create ad hoc reports when required
  • Attend team meetings when required
  • Liaising with Key Accounts, Marketing and National Account Managers
  • Maintain weekly trackers to show customer data
  • Deal with ad hoc customer requests as advised by Account Manager
  • Monday - Friday
  • £12.80 per hour

The candidate must:
  • Have experience in providing admin support in a sales environment
  • Be highly numerate and have good Excel knowledge
  • Be highly numerate and analytical, with great attention to detail
  • Have a willingness to exceed expectations
  • Be able to build strong relationships
  • Be required to present data confidently verbally and in writing
