Description

The main duties of the Office/Finance Administrator role will include:
  • Variety of office and finance based administration
  • Financial data entry, Billing and invoicing administration
  • Office administration, Customer support, updating finance details, order and sales processing
  • Answer telephone and distribute calls including covering for the London office as required
  • Greets visitors and clients of the company, by phone, in person or through electronic media
  • Petty Cash management
  • Monitoring and updating client records
  • Supporting clients with administrative tasks including database building, mail merge & bank administration
  • Assesses clients'clients' needs and explains services, processes, procedures and guidelines
  • Handles requests/transactions or directs the person or matter to the proper sources
  • Setting up services and supporting on boarding process
  • Undertaking money laundering checks

Profile

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly computer literate, able to use different systems including Excel. You will be outgoing and bubbly with a positive can do attitude willing to support and help teams and colleagues across the business. Previous experience in finance and office based administration would be desireable but a strong work ethic is more important as full training will be provided.
