Role Outline

This is a stand-alone Administration role that would suit someone who enjoys working in an accounts and data entry role. You will be the lynch pin to the organisation and will need to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Duties
  • Handling email and telephone enquiries
  • Logging non-conformities, producing charts and analysing statistics
  • Completing market reviews/ Managing procurement & stock
  • Raising invoices, chasing payments and managing accounts
  • Manage accounts throughout the year and prepare submissions for VAT/ accountants
  • Producing documents as required
  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Salary & purchase payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Arranging training courses
  • Informing technical support of website amendments
  • Preparing site visiting diaries using Excel

Skills & Experience
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks would be advantageous
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Be reliable and able to work without supervision

Location: North Cambridge, with parking

Vacancy Type: Temporary, possibly permanent for the right candidate

Salary: £11.00-13.00ph, D. O. E

Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm
