An experienced Payroll Manager to join a successful and growing organisation based in Norwich.

You will be joining a successful and growing organisation, as an integral part of their team. The group is currently made up of 3 main companies.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the principal role is to be responsible for the management of the Group payroll function and associated reporting. This includes the 3 main companies and any acquisitions that the group may acquire in the future.
Whilst managing a team of 2 Payroll Coordinators, you will also be responsible for managing various payrolls with approximately 2000 employees.
You will be working Monday to Friday with hybrid working as an option, which is 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week at home. Flexibility on the working hours and the hybrid balance is welcomed if needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Payroll Manager or Team Leader. Ideally, you will also be CIPP Level 5 qualified, have knowledge of Cascade payroll, have experience managing various and large payrolls and acquisitions, but this is not essential.
