Title: Clinical Nurse ManagerLocation: East of EnglandHours: 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £40,872 - 42,530Closing date: 7th December 2021Interview date: TBC As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be a key part of our place-based management team providing strategic and clinical leadership alongside excellent team management.You will manage the day to day operations of a number of diverse services. As part of this you will ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and lead the support and development of a diverse workforce.You will ensure strong and positive working relationships with a wide variety of external partners and stakeholders. You will develop and establish services to meet the needs of local communities, championing the patient voice at the heart of our approach.You will support the development and delivery of our local strategy, working closely with the Head of Operations and Quality and Associate Director.
