Role: Employment Solicitor + Senior Employment Solicitor

Job type: Salaried or Consultant, full time or part-time

Hours: Flexible. 9 am to 5.30 pm Mon - Fri (full-time guideline only)

Location: Remote (UK only). Office working available (Peckham SE15)

Start date: As soon as possible

Earnings: Basic + generous commission

Employment Solicitor: £40,000 - £110,000 OTE

Senior Employment Solicitor: £70,000 - £150,000 OTE

What we're looking for

We are looking for commercially-minded employment lawyers who embrace our vision and have proven experience in UK employment dispute resolution and tribunal litigation.

Senior Solicitors will typically have had 7 years plus PQE in employment law, whilst Associates may have had anything from 2 - 7 years employment law practice.

The work we do is fast-paced but tailored around our lawyers' needs to ensure they have the work-life balance they want. Our lawyers' working hours range from 5-days a week, 8 hours a day to 3 days a week, 4 hours a day.

You will need to be an organised, reliable and determined lawyer with a positive attitude who also enjoys being part of a team.

You will be UK-based and even though you will be working remotely, you will participate in regular online and occasional in-person meetings. As a compassionate employer, we believe this to be important for mental health.
