NHSGGC is digitalising its medicines processes across hospital, primary care and community. This is an exciting and innovative digital improvement programme which will benefit safety, quality and efficiency The successful individual will be required to travel to and work in locations across the Board area. We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with experience in programme management to drive the delivery of Phase 2 of the ePharmacy programme in a 12-month period. The successful individual will be responsible for driving the delivery of a number of parallel work streams to progress digital medicines practice across NHSGGC. Individuals must be able to demonstrate not only an understanding of the business need but also an understanding of the people who carry out the business, be they clinicians, managers or administration staff. Applicants must have experience of managing complex projects and programmes. NHS experience is highly desirable. * Significant demonstrable experience working in the NHS and at a senior level * Knowledge of organisational policies and their applications * Experience of managing a team * Understanding of NHSGGC structures and priorities with demonstrable experience of application * Demonstrable experience of managing complex projects and programmes * Budget management * Excellent written, oral and verbal communications. * Leadership * Staff Management and Development * Influencing skills at a senior level If you have the above skillset and are able to take on this contract then apply now to Harvey Nash.
