This membership body, based in central London, is recruiting an Assessments Coordinator to oversee the assessment processes that determine the professional development of members.

Key Responsibilities of the Assessments Coordinator:
  • Planning the annual programme of assessments for members based in England, and accompanying administrative processes.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of guidance, training and relevant support materials for trainers.
  • Ensuring continued high standards of examination materials, undertaking quality assurance measures with the department manager and reporting to other senior staff.
  • Supporting the management of working groups related to the success of assessment processes, including preparing meeting documentation.
  • Acting as point of contact for enquiries relating to membership and qualifications.

Skills and Experience Required for the Assessments Coordinator role:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in using digital media.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Experience liaising with a range of customers and able to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
  • Previous experience working within a membership environment.

Salary and Benefits:
  • c£30,000 per annum.
  • Full time, permanent position,
  • Based in central London office, but with home working provision of up to 2 days per week.
  • Strong pension scheme.
  • 25 days' annual leave.
