This exciting role will be to create and deliver against a strategy for growth for their customer on-boarding and retention businesses. As an established provider of software services, this organisation already has a strong track record in the delivery of outsourced software requirements for an enviable customer base. This strong reputation in the market and a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction has helped drive incredible success for the business to date. The requirement for this individual is to deliver growth through the aspirational evolution of the products and services currently on offer. This will require an individual who prides themselves on their future-focus and ability to successfully implement new and emerging technologies and services across existing and new customers. Have you run a software business, or a business that provides technology consultation, or even technology outsourcing like hosting or cloud/telephony services?

You probably understand by now the successful individual will likely have a background encompassing:

* Experience running a SAAS, software development, software services OR technology-outsourcing business such as hardware/telephony (Ideally >£20m t/o)

* Hands-on attitude and track-record in relation to customer success/satisfaction

* Ideally some experience in a business consulting role

* Proven track record in sustainable sales growth

* Proven track record in successful people development and employee engagement

* A genuine quality focus that radiates out to employees and customers alike

* Experience of process improvement, automation, future-proofing and data protection

You will be part of a high-performing leadership team in this role. There are huge opportunities to facilitate growth in other parts of the organisation in this role, through the effective engagement within the wider leadership team.
