The company recruiting for the Product Marketing Manager:

This is a company that has gone from strength to strength in the last 40 years starting life as a family run business and recently joining forces with a globally recognised building supplier as world leading producer of Building materials.

The role of Product Marketing Manager:

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager you will own the positioning, messaging, and branding of products to sectors including house builders, social housing providers, and architects.
  • Launch of new products
  • Integrated marketing campaigns
  • Market research.
  • Identify routes to market and pricing strategies
  • Identify product gaps for NPD opportunities
  • Analysis of product category sales in terms of margin
  • Copywriting for literature and case studies - working with the communications team.
  • Plan Launch of NPD through the Sales Launch Process
  • Managing trade events
  • Supporting web executives with, trade website, social, email

The requirements for Product Marketing Manager:B2B product and marketing experience preferably from a construction/building materials industry or similar.
  • Product focused strategic and hands on Marketing Manager from a B2B marketing background
  • Two years marketing or product management experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills, comfortable with customers and other stakeholders at all levels
  • Hands on approach
  • Analytical skills
  • Budget management
