New Business Account Manager - Mid-Market/Corporate

Contract: Remote / Home Working.

Office Location: London

Their solutions provide real-time interaction management, advanced analytics and employee engagement software to deliver faster, smarter and safer customer engagements, and to get major brands closer to their customers. They help major brands to understand, predict and adapt to customers' needs in real time so that they can create tailored experiences that go beyond what customers expect.

Owning a defined territory (UK/I) you would have the responsibility to generate new business within a Government & Public Sector customer base. Within that base to cross sell and up sell new contact centre solutions and services, ensuring you deliver value with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Understanding the business issues faced by your customers and helping them find solutions via our product portfolio alongside our value realisation services. Direct and Indirect go to market, working with our valued Business Partner Network and Systems Integrators. Build sales pipeline, create great customer references and close sales.

Candidate Profile and Experience:
  • 5 years in a customer facing sales role in software and/or SaaS solutions (not platforms), working on account development and New Business
  • Skilled communicator, negotiator, and leader with a growth mindset with an ability to drive strategic planning
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and manage a team to exceed revenue and business objectives
  • Must have a professional outlook with a desire to succeed and progress, comfortable with multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Position innovative business solutions and bring to life new concepts
  • Develop partnerships and revenue generating partnership relations
  • Presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills
  • Able to work in fast paced, inclusive environments
  • A bastion for customer-centric and consultative approach to customer and partnership interactions
  • Ability to Travel when necessary
