Job Description

As Account Manager, you have responsibility for the overall management of your appointed accounts. You are responsible for building the relationship and business between I Heart Studios and your clients. You will be the face of I Heart Studios to your accounts and conversely, the face of your accounts within the studio.

You have responsibility for the day-to-day production and administration of shoots for your primary clients. Working cross-functionally with the studio teams, you are responsible for ensuring that each shoot is executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

Account management and production
  • Take full ownership of all clients' workflow through the I Heart Studios product lifecycle and ensure delivery of images to correct quality standards and on agreed timings.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, ensuring both client and I Heart objectives are met. Communicate I Heart's process requirements and ensure clients understand their contributions.
  • Create & maintain jobs in CRM and Workflow systems (Salesforce / RMP), updating jobs based on studio feedback, client changes, etc. Communicate changes and oncosts to clients as appropriate. A high standard of account and systems admin is required.
  • Ensure prompt sales invoicing. Ensure prompt and accurate approval of supplier invoices.
  • Create complete, detailed client briefs and effectively communicate job requirements to wider business - Studio Management / Planning / Post Production Teams
  • Ensure briefs (including shot counts, models, props & locations) are approved by the client AND IHS team before going into the studio
  • Ensure timeline and deadlines are agreed with the client, revised as necessary, and adhered to internally.
  • Attending daily briefing meetings, identify and plan the various levels of priorities for the next days' shoots.
  • Production of shoots within the studio and on location.
  • Liaising with external agencies to supply models, hair and makeup, props, catering.
  • Be present on set - monitoring and working to improve speed/efficiencies/accuracy/consistency and quality of output.
  • Ensure client feedback and changes are communicated to the studio teams.
  • Ensure all retouching notes raised are communicated to the post-production team effectively, engaging post-production on-set where necessary.
  • Final QC of all retouched images before delivery.
  • Debrief with studio teams on client's feedback and lessons learned.
  • Work with Styling, Photography, and Post Production teams to establish Client style guides - which are updated by the Styling team


Commercial
  • Take a proactive and commercial approach focusing on increasing bookings and offering the full range of products and services offered by I Heart Studios.
  • Generate quotes and jobs for your client portfolio, using the approved price list.
  • Support the Business Development team to quote, close, and onboard new clients.
  • Regular meetings with key clients to discuss processes / KPI's / new developments.




Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous Account Management and Production experience working within creative industries
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills
  • Good project management skills and the ability to shift focus as business priorities change
  • Ability to use own initiative and also work as part of a multi-functional team
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner - an ability to be perceptive and understand client needs requirements versus I Heart Studios needs
  • A professional manner and good relationship building skills for client-facing and internal colleagues
  • Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of eCommerce desirable
  • MS Office and G Suite fluency
  • Knowledge of Salesforce desirable
