So that's us, now let's talk about your role:

As a Legal Administrator (Enforcement) you'll be responsible for the protection both of ours and our client's reputations. You'll effectively manage all cases selected for enforcement to meet client's expectations, and so you'll be great at prioritising, and really be invested in building and maintaining relationships.

Understanding relevant legal processes will be a large part of your role; as you'll ensure all staff members are fully briefed on all necessary regulations, you'll be a superb communicator.

You'll also be focused on identifying and putting into action the best strategies for achieving client objectives.

As a Legal Administrator, you'll be passionate about attention to detail, and, because you'll continually seek to develop our systems and processes, be a passionate innovator.

You will need:
  • Education to GCSE Grade C standard including Maths and English or equivalent
  • Fully up-to-date with prevailing regulatory requirements and industry best practice
  • Qualification by experience.
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Desirable - LLB/ILEX/LPC/BPTC
  • Proven experience of delivering a positive customer service.
  • Experience of working in the relevant sector.
