We are working with a fast-growth disruptive professional services firm with offices in Soho, London and Los Angeles. It offers strategic support to start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs to ensure its clients (predominantly in the tech and creative sectors and pre-IPO stage) are investable and scalable. They have created a new role for Legal & Business Affairs Executive to report to the COO.
You will be drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements including NDA's, T&Cs and vendor agreements, supporting on employment law contracts, handbooks and policies, intellectual property matters, corporate governance best practice etc. You will work closely with businesses/clients in identifying compliance, legal and business risks and offering solutions to mitigate them.
Personality-wise, this role will suit a junior lawyer, legal executive or paralegal (you must have the LPC) with broad commercial experience, attention to detail, analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
