Payroll and Benefits Manager

I am currently working on an exciting Payroll Manager position; this role has the potential to go perm for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, managing the payroll and the team. They are looking for a strong leader, someone who has lots to bring to the table and in return they are offering some great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process for different payrolls.
• Hold monthly stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain systems and looking into process
• Complete all administration and submissions for the HRMC to remain compliant.
• Experience with auto enrolment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone who has full end to end payroll experience.
• A strong payroll manager who can lead a team.
• Be able to work well under pressure.
• Feel confident in leading meetings.
