Reed Banking & Finance have an exciting opportunity that has opened up within a Financial services firm based in Essex.

As Head Of Projects you will be required to support the business in the delivery of projects, whilst providing key leadership, project management and coordination of the required teams. This role will be liaising directly with stakeholders and the board keeping them informed of progress and risks that may arise.

It's a crucial role for the business who are currently experiencing a very successful period of growth. As a result there are a vast number of key projects you will be taking the lead on!

Due the significance and importance of this role, candidates MUST have accrued a number of years project management experience set within a financial services/ regulated environment; ideally within an intermediary space.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a project management tracking system is created and maintained.
  • Ensure the right resource is allocated to each project, whilst providing updates of progress.
  • Review project outcomes, MI, fine tuning post implementation.

Details: Hybrid working available (1 or 2 days a week office based)
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate

My client is ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible to provide at hand over period between yourself and current Head of Projects, however they are willing to wait on notice for the right person.
