The Role - Special Needs Teacher
This Special Needs Teacher role is designed for an individual that is compassionate and patient towards students with complex needs. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will deliver stimulating lessons and meet each student's individual needs. You will be responsible for each students' learning development and monitoring their progression. The ideal Special Needs Teacher will have previous experience working with students with complex needs and have the correct teaching qualifications such as PGCE with QTS. You will also have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to manage differentiation in the classroom.
