A global organisation in Oxfordshire require a Product Support Analyst on a contract basis to support one of their customer-facing software applications.

The right Product Support Specialist will have solid experience:
*In testing/ QA and user testing.
*Writing software requirements and user stories.
*Excellent communications skills are a must-have for this role as the successful contractor will be working with senior internal stakeholders to support software
*Software Development lifecycle methodologies- Agile
