An exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our growing Digital Cinema team in London.The role offers excellent career prospects for someone with experience in Digital Cinema account management for major studios.To support our growing Digital Cinema team, the Digital Cinema Account Manager will manage theatrical feature and trailer projects for major studios and independent customers, supporting the senior Account Executives. The role will also encompass customer engagement, including promotional activity and customer-based operational support.

Other responsibilities include: maintaining and developing project management processes, project billing and working closely with operational teams including Subtitling, Mastering, Content Services and QC to ensure theatrical projects are delivered on time to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have some experience with studio customers coupled with a good understanding of Digital Cinema technologies, operational processes and workflows.

They will be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude and must be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads.

  • Provide account management support for Digital Cinema feature and trailer projects, supporting senior Digital Cinema Account Executives
  • Planning & forecasting capacity and project scheduling
  • Collaboration with internal groups and divisions including localisation and distribution operations, administration, and operational teams
  • Project management of localisation of theatrical feature and trailer content with regular client engagement
  • After hours support/response for vendors and clients as needed (dependent on Client Services preference)
  • Supporting production led engagement with clients on-boarded to Pixelogic workflows
  • Supporting the vision, development, deployment and continuous improvement of proprietary and internally developed production management systems and tools
  • Supporting overall execution of Pixelogic's theatrical production services worldwide (including operational performance)
  • Continuously evolving production management workflows, procedures and checklists.
  • 3+ years of experience in media industry or post-production environment
  • 1+ years Digital Cinema account management experience
  • Bachelor degree
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Digital Cinema workflows and processes an advantage
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and people management
  • Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box
