Team Leader (08392)Part time/28hrs pwTeam Leader/Senior Support WorkerOur ServiceThe Orchard | Leonard Cheshire. The Orchard, in a quiet area of south Liverpool, is home for 27 adults with physical and sensory impairments. We're a short distance from the village of Woolton with its post office, cinema, library, sports centre, and retail park. And with good transport links into Liverpool centre, there's always plenty to enjoy.Your new roleYou will supervise a dedicated team ensuring a high level of care is delivered to people who use our service. This includes personal care, assistance with daily living tasks and activities, supporting our customers to attain their full potential, encouraging choice, participation and motivation. You will manage the rota so that sufficient staff are provided at all times covering the needs of the service. You will be responsible for administering medication using the electronic medication system. Carry out monthly and quarterly supervisions with Support Workers.
