Interim Yardi Systems Accountant

Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a property & real estate business based in London looking for an interim consultant to assist with a Yardi implementation. As the Yardi specialist, this position will be vital to the success of the implementation and will report into he Finance Director who is leading the implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take a leading role with the implementation of Yardi
• Create a map of how the business will transfer from their current system into Yardi
• Ensure all data and reports are ready for the transfer
• Assist the FD with training the finance users and wider team to understand Yardi and its capabilities
• Assist with UAT and fix any potential issues
• Take a leading role in creating the new reporting requirements within Yardi
• Ad Hoc System and accounting responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background within accounting and finance
• MUST have used Yardi before, ideally implemented Yardi
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver workshops/training
• Ability to manage stakeholders up and down
• Prior experience producing a set of accounts and reports in Yardi
