We are recruiting for a Legacy Marketing Manager to join our established Fundraising Team. This is a full-time (37.5 hrs per week), permanent role with the option of working flexibly between your home and our London office, located near Barbican.
The main purpose of this role is to oversee development and implementation of the Legacy Marketing team strategy, in order to deliver long-term transformational growth for Royal Mencap Society.
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and highly motivated Legacy Marketing fundraiser who wants to develop their career in a role which spans a wide range of activity and encourages innovation.

To deliver all Legacy Marketing activity within budget - monitoring spend and reforecasting as necessary.
Line manage the Legacy Marketing Officer to support delivery of effective campaigns.
Develop and implement campaigns to recruit and retain supporters using direct mail, digital channels, telephone and other media.
Deliver brilliant stewardship of our existing supporters to encourage loyalty and engagement.
Introduce and maintain new processes and ways of working to maximise the efficiency of the Legacy Marketing team.
Act as a source of expertise for Mencap in the area of Legacy Marketing, training and advising other teams where necessary.
Develop and maintain the In Memory Giving Programme alongside the Legacy Marketing Officer.
