The purpose of this role is to work with the Insights and Digital Analytics manager to create and manage new and existing prospect databases. This role is also responsible for data analysis, segmentation and extraction of datasets to support both marketing analysis and campaigns. This role will also be involved in the creation and development of personas for our main client segments and provide analysis and insight pulled from multiple data sources to provide insight and guidance for campaign planning.


Responsible for managing, segmentation and extraction of datasets to be used across both online and offline campaigns as well as marketing analysis.

Management and development of the TS&W personal wealth prospect database, working with line manager and other stakeholders to identify new data sources to enrich the information stored.

Working with line manager and other stakeholders to create and manage a prospect database for business services.

Provide support extracting data from TS&W systems to create target lists for use in multi-channel campaigns..

Work with the team and members of the go-to-market pods to identify key market segments and develop client personas to be used to guide campaign messaging and content.

Provide reports and management information to be input into regular KPI reports and for use by other pod members to support business decisions.

Provide input and support for any CRM/data projects to ensure marketing requirements are captured to enhance the service offered by the team.


Relevant professional qualifications desirable but not essential

Aptitude for Problem solving and project management

Demonstrable experience of data analytics platforms, for example Tableau, PowerBI

Demonstrable experience of database management and techniques - for example, SQL, Python

Knowledge of CRM processes and functionality

Strong time management skills

Strong communicator and presentation skills (written and oral)
