We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. The position can be based from our offices in Manchester or remote from your UK home address.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a medical communications agency, ideally with a business qualification, and a degree in a biological sciences discipline will be a distinct advantage. Experience across a full range of communications outputs, including the delivery of meetings would be beneficial. We would like to hear from Account Managers who feel ready for the next step up in their careers.
As a Senior Account Manager you will be part of the Meridian management team and will actively contribute to decisions that affect the success of the business. You will work in partnership with the Editorial Lead and Medical Writers in your team to deliver exceptional programmes of work to our clients. You will provide project and financial management of the accounts you are assigned to. In addition, you will have line management responsibility for an Account Manager and Project Coordinator.
This is a key role within an established and growing account team and so you'll need to demonstrate an outgoing and communicative approach to project management and be willing to engage with clients, your colleagues and third party suppliers to ensure the account continues to grow.
