Oversee the instore standards of maintenance for VM & Store Design across the UK estate, sharing the magic with our internal customers being our retail management population.
Manage yearly spend on maintenance to prioritise critical maintenance which is revenue or brand standards to create the UK estate for portfolio counter refit and reconfiguration strategy.
Develop and execute the retail communication strategy across all channels of 'what, why, when and how', ensuring that the voice to Team Tilbury is fluid, informative, emotive but above all seamless.
Take ownership of the forecast and budget cycle to ensure Retail Operations delivers to its project(s) and EBITDA targets
Continuously identify and propose entrepreneurial opportunities for bottom line cost efficiencies
Oversee the vendor sourcing, contract negotiations and building strong vendor partnership to deliver to project(s) and EBITDA targets
Health and Safety
Instill and manage Charlotte Tilbury Health and Safety procedure(s) and processes in line with latest Government and Industry guidance
Represent retail within the Health and Safety company forums to highlight industry standards, potential risks and solutions
Identify opportunities for operations excellence and ways of working across the retail and field team
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through Operations and present this to appropriate stakeholders with influence
Push boundaries by creating and implementing industry leading creative solutions ensuring seamless operation instore and head office; delivering number 1 sales, number 1 team and number 1 for experience
Lead on all omnichannel (retail impacting) projects relating to operational efficiency, retail excellence and customer experience; delivering top level Project Management methodology cross functionally, meticulous planning and success outcomes defined by clear KPIs.
Stay connected to wider projects and workstreams, providing advisory to other project groups where Retail Operations should be consulted
Build impactful and detailed business casing with defined KPIs for desired UK Retail projects.
Lead and build the Retail Operations function to be the go-to department for operational excellence and setting the global standard
Define the Retail Operations Strategy and communicate & embed this to the wider business
Develop the Retail Operations Executive in personal and professional development so that they can lead on new emerging markets
Key Selection Criteria:
Operations experience within the retail (minimum 2 years)
Experience executing in store projects
Experience working with and understanding fixture technical drawings
Experience with volume supplier management
Experience with communicating and working collaboratively with retailers
Confident with effective budget management
Proactive but flexible attitude towards tasks
Able to flourish in both autonomous and collaborative environments
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
Must be open to travel in UK
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
