In a nutshell...We are looking to recruit an experienced talent to manage, direct and grow our client's flagship brand store located in the heart of London. The store is a 'one-of-a-kind' retail experience destination, whose purpose is not just about creating sales transaction but to deliver experience to create advocates to the brand.

The brand store director, you will be the person-in-charge of the store, from creating a long term strategy to overseeing a day-to-day running of the store.

What The Day-to-day Looks Like...As a director of the flagship store, your role and responsibilities will be to:
  • develop and execute a short, mid, and long term strategic performance and growth plan
  • build and maintain a strong relationship with the team including senior clients
  • produce, analyse and present store performance against key performance matrix on a regular cycle to senior management and clients
  • organise all store marketing and operations, supervise and guide staff to ensure maximum performance
  • supervise the daily operation with the store managerial team to ensure performance and achieve high level of customer satisfaction
  • motivate the team to meet objectives
  • budget management and reporting
  • ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
RequirementsStrings to your bow...Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in the following:
  • Flagship retail store
  • Showcase or a brand experience centre operation
Good understanding and insightful knowledge of:
  • Live and online events
  • Experiential program, product launch event, consumer and B2B programs
  • Omni-channel marketing including Direct-to-Consumer marketing
  • Live commerce
  • New consumer, retail technology and solution trends
  • Retail store compliance and H&S regulations
Good knowledge with a real world experience of:
  • Daily operation of a retail store
  • Retail management best practices
  • Recruitment, training and supervision of staff
  • Financial and budget management with a strong commercial acumen
Experience working with:
  • Large corporate brand
  • Integrated marketing and experiential agency
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good client relationship skills with a well-mannered language
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly across all levels and disciplines
