A great company based in Braintree are looking for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for a candidate who has recently graduated in Accountancy and Finance, or similar, and would like to progress within the accountancy sector.
- 2 week trial (office based), to progress to 6 month contract
- Hybrid working(Mon, Tues & Fri, office based, Wed & Thurs working from home, equipment will be provided).
- 40 hr week standard day 8.30-5.30pm (flexible)
- B2B Credit Control for Energy Suppliers
- Administration preparation / tracking of Escalation Letters.
- Assist in implementation of a new Credit Control Management System.
- Cash Allocations & Sage 200 Postings
- Excel (V Look Ups, Pivots)- essential experience
- Training to be provided
- Reporting to Credit Controller/Billing Manager
