From analysing and optimising customer processes, to implementing tailored solutions to suit their needs, to service and maintenance of their SAP system landscape. We work collaboratively with our own teams, the project delivery teams and our customers to ensure long term support excellence and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

+ You will provide presales support for SAP Managed Services requests focusing on SAP Managed Cloud Services (Private and Public Cloud).
+ You will be responsible for the requirement analysis of tenders and the inventory of the SAP infrastructure and data centre landscape of our customers.
+ The creation and orchestration of compliant and tailor-made global Managed Cloud Delivery concepts as well as the calculation of services and the creation of quotation documents.
+ You will be responsible for professional presentations and consultation for our international clients.
+ You will work closely with Sales, the global Delivery Centers, Managed Cloud Product Management and Delivery Management.
+ The management and coordination of our bid teams for the development of customer-specific solutions completes responsibilities.

About You:

+ You have successfully completed your studies in (business) computer science, economics or a comparable qualification.
+ You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of Managed Services.
+ You are experienced in the presales environment, sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services and SAP.
+ You are fluent in spoken and written English.
+ You are UK based but regular international travel (approx. 60%) is to be expected, and you will thrive on it.
+ You are customer-oriented thinking combined with great communication and presentation skills and a confident appearance.
+ A team-oriented mode of operation and ability to work well under pressure.
