My client is a full-service law firm with who are committed to providing exceptional service to clients. They strive to recruit and retain the best talent with their people focused approach. An exciting job has arisen to join a commercial property fee earner as a commercial property legal secretary. This job is ideal for someone from a commercial property background.

As a property secretary, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting a fee earner and paralegal

* Audio and copy typing

* Producing documents, formatting, ensuring accuracy

* Handling client calls

* Diary management

* Taking minutes of meetings

* Assisting with financial activities

As a property secretary, you will have:

* Previous secretarial experience gained within either properly law or a non-legal commercial property company

* An excellent communicator and the ability to prioritise tasks

* Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* Client focused

* Excellent team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
